Hey wow what a weekend, family from out of town, a wedding, a reception, and EASTER that's a lot of partying and food.

Today is a down day to get everything back in order and prepare for tonight's E2 release on HSN and all the release parties that are happening. Everyday Cricut has a great giveaway and some awesome things planned you can hop on over to www.cricutholiday.com/ and see how you can enter to win.

I also have a picture of a card I made my BFF using my imagine ( Thanks Terry for getting me the photo to share and once again HAPPY BIRTHDAY!)
The card is a large 6x6 the red and black is bazzill card stock and the ribbon is by bazzill also. I used the Country Carnival cartridge  to mark the fancy cutout shapes and used the available print  and colors on the cartridge. The stamp is a $1.oo stamp from Micheal's.

Hope  everyone has a great day and Ill be at the launch parties tonight.

I would show you but, my BFF was going to email me a picture of her card since I forgot to take one before I left for her party. Well, you'll just have to believe me its was cute and I was proud of it. Maybe she will email me one of these day a picture and a story to post on this blog. Hope your week has been fabulous so far.

Friday night scrap night with my girls

Another successful scrap night has come and gone, sad that the evening goes so fast. We had a little wine and some tasty eats to go along with some personal challenges. Ive been doing some reading lately and I read a article from creative keepsakes that talks about how we always use the latest and greatest and tend to forget about those half used items or those great buys that we bought multiples of and now they are stuck in a drawer or bag. I gave instructions with the invitation to bring 3 pictures and 3 pieces of paper of their choice. I then provide an array of items that I had cleaned out from my drawers and bags and they got to pick 2 of their choice. They were then given the instructions to make a layout using only the items they brought and the 2 embellishments that they had picked in 30 mins. They did have use of all the tools that I own to help in the creations. Those girls got to work and all you could hear was paper flying.

A card for a injured friend and a booboo that I fixed.

This is a card I made for a friend that belongs to our motorcycle chapter he was hit by a car 4 weeks ago today and is now home from the hospital. Hes gonna have major healing for the next 6 months and maybe more surgery so we wanted to let him know that everyone was thinking about him. We all signed and stopped by his house today to spend a little time with him.

This is the inside of the card, ran out of time to decorate inside but with all the signatures its okay
All the paper was printed and cut with the Imagine I got a little to much glue on the toe and when I tried to wipe it off it smugged. It all worked out it just looked like the tennis shoe had made a mark on the floor.
I messed up on the first tennis shoe but I didn't want to waste it so I covered it up with some ribbon my grand kids will think its cool on their photo pages.

So what did everyone else do today?
Thanks for stopping by

What a beautiful day here in AZ

Well, Febuary ended on a busy note and it looks like March is gonna be just as busy. Weather here in Arizona is beautiful so we have been out on the motorcycle enjoying the sun shine now you dont have to be all bundled up.
I wanted to share a poster I made with my cricut, I work for a school district and we have a swap meet at one of our high schools to raise funds to have a employee picnic every spring. My husband and I ran one of the food carts and I wanted to doll up the menu that they had made. I did have to get a little creative. The chocolate chip cookies are the center of sunflowers and the cinnomon bun is two ovals and a flourish for the icing. for the cup of hot chocolate I cut the handle and the fancy stuff off a real fancy cut and the others were just straight forward cuts. They forgot to put the water on the menu so I just cut it with the varsity font from the cricut lite. We made over $200.00 on our cart I just know it was because of the fancy menu (winkwink)
Thanks for stopping by Im gonna try to drag everything out and do some cricuting today. We already enjoyed a nice ride this morning and a big breakfast so Im ready.

Weddigng card with a wobble

I made this card for my best friends nieces wedding that is this weekend. I used the beyond birthday days and made a large 6X6 card. I put the center piece on a wobble. This idea originated from OneCreativeMomma.blogspot.com card she made for the pink stamper blog hop challenge. She let me scrap lift her idea and develop my own card. Thanks for looking.
